Mike was very knowledgable and provided quick, excellent communcation throughout the entire process. Was able to walk through multiple scenarios for our situatoins and answer all relevant questions. Was a pleasure to work with Mike.
it was great until i had to wait 1.40hs at the title company to receive the finals documents to be signed. This last step could have been done better.
Another smooth transaction with Ryan! He keeps everyone involved in a transaction very informed and confident. It is always a pleasure to close with Ryan!
