Tabby was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very knowledge and worked quickly but was also willing to stop and explain things whenever we had questions. Highly recommended and we couldn’t be happier with Tabby.
I was stress free throughout the whole process, I was given the task they needed from me and as long as I completed them in a timely manner they were able to take care of everything else.

Overall, it was an average experience. There were incomplete documents at closing and guidelines for buying from an international seller were not disclosed prior to closing.
Dave and his team were great to work with for financing our first home! They were always available, informative, and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend working with them!
