We were surprised and delighted with the interest rates offered and Ryan’s efforts to save us money and streamline the process. At all times he was helpful and gracious.
The communication was friendly and professional as we were kept updated on the progress and steps in process. The team was on top of it all the way from beginning to end. It made for a smooth comfortable experience.
I worked mainly with Tyler, and not only is he great at his job explaining things, he is an even better person!
Ana was great in all the process, always happy to answer all our questions
Chris was a pleasure to work with! He always answered my questions quickly and accurately. My only complaint is that I wish the loan estimate was a little more precise.

Without the nfm I don’t think I ever would’ve been able to buy a home, top level communication, determination, drive. They are truly experts in their craft!!
