    Merrell jumped right on to making adjustments to what we were able to to meet our financial needs. Would recommend him to anyone for lender needs.

    Smooth and fast process from start to finish for a first time buyer and new customer. Only improvement could be email instructions for accessing e-sign docs as it was somewhat unclear.
