    The whole process went very smoothly - We used Silverton because of Mungo- giving my client closing costs - but from beginning to ending was very smooth.

    Very little communication from the lender or the lending team. I am used to weekly updates from lenders and didn't receive. I was not kept in the loop much at all. The house did close on time and I am pleased with that.
