Home closed on time with no issues!
Overall ease of process
I was not happy that points were added one week before closing without being told about it. I did not feel 100% comfortable signing many of the documents sent my way. I notified Silverton that I did not want points 5 months before closing.
Good Communication

Mr. Williams was kind, professional, and patient. This process was intimidating to me but Mr. Williams was available for all my questions, even the ones that probably didn't make any sense.
Excellent customer service, timely help and answers all the questions that we have. I would definitely give a 5 star rating and recommend it.
