If I had a question or concern even if it was after hours Brian always called me back and if he didn't have the answer he put me in contact with someone who did. I really appreciated that kind of customer service.
Staff, extremely efficient - I was kept informed throughout the entire process and closed without incident. This is the second time I've used Delmar Mortgage and would not hesitate to contact them again in the future.
We would liked to have had more updates on progress of loans. We called a few times to find if we had final approval, progress of closing, etc.
Wonderful, friendly and very professional. Told us what they would do and then did it. No surprises or unanswered questions. Highly satisfied!
