Maybe a bit more explanation throughout the process. A lot of it was just random emails asking to sign documents, with no warning/explanation of what we are signing.
To many emails and not clear enough instructions. Each email was another step. You were great on the phone but one of the reasons we did this was to do it all electronically....on our time line.
Very easy, no games very pleasant experience
