Treated us like best friends.
This is my 2nd great experience with First Financial Bank Mortgage dept.
Friendly, excellent communication, explained any questions I had. Would refer others to her.
Diona does a great job!
For reason not controllable by her, it was a roller coaster ride to close on time, but she made it the smoothest ride possible and I appreciate all her help along the way.
Proactively helped me work through a somewhat complex situation. Followed through to completion
Friendly, prompt service!
Diona was very helpful and patient, went the extra mile more than once. She made the whole process easy. I highly recommend her.

We’ve survived the Great Depression, the collapse of the Texas economy in the 1980s and the Great Recession. Throughout it all, we’ve remained a place of stability and trust for our customers.
