Brad is wonderful!
The communication and updates at every step kid the process.
We sent requested data that appeared not to be shared within the company forcing us to resend data to several people. That was a bit irritating. That is our only complaint.
Questions were answered in a timely manner. It was a positive experience. I was surprised that we had 3 different loan officers that requested the same paper work??? But overall they made a very complicated process less complicated.
Communication, patience with the client.
Everyone was professional and transparent. Felt like everyone was working hard to help us.
