Les and team were great, worked with them as a buyer's agent in the dayton market. Very much helped hold my clients hands through the process.
The best service ever
There were many instances where there was no or poor communicstion.
Les is an all around great guy ! When I have a client needing a pre-approval, he gets right on it and gets it finished quickly so we can move
on with the offer the same day.
Quick turn around time. Great communication. Schedule flexibility.
I say this in the best way possible: I never felt like I was waiting on the team to respond or communicate. It felt as though they were waiting on me.
