The process took over two months.
They asked for documents on closing day and over and over again
It’s a refi not a home,buy. ,,we have over half equity in the home and over 2miilion in assets. Should be easier and a slam dunk.
As a first time home buyer, It was nice to have to ask so few questions. Everything was explained in detail as we went along.
