The team worked hard to meet a tight timeline unerringly. Blane himself took the time to hand hold when I really needed it at the very end. I would recommend his group strongly.

Constant updates
Communication was a little too much at the beginning - phone meetings about things we had already discussed in prior phone meetings. Then towards the end of the process there wasn't much communication. Also - multiple pages were forgotten needed...
