The vast majority of the staff are wonderful. I found the process quite arduous. I was unable to upload or receive information at times and had to send it or receive it in another way. There must be a way to streamline the process.
The experience was good. The rate was not what I expected and this was the first time I ever paid any points on any loan. The on line process was helpful and Anthony was responsive. We met the 45 day target. Thanks Anthony..
Meredith was a huge help. We were in a car traveling across country with sketchy hotel internet, but she was very patient with us even when we got frustrated. Blaine was great too.
