Excellent communication and ensured we understood the process.
Lots of questions to answer is painful when you have great credit
Was asked at least 15 times for more information. Have had excellent credit for at least 30 yrs. Anthony failed to lock in our rate at 2.5 and we now have to pay 2.75.
Anthony was knowledgeable and accessible. The process can be ask quick and painless as you can expect a process like this to be.
