Blane and his team made working through the details of gathering all necessary documents as easy as possible. Blane is persistent, consistent, and polite. His team does the work and makes it all easy as pie.
Blane and his team were very supportive and diligent through our loan process. We own our own business, so the mortgage process was not as cut and dry as a conventional loan. We made it through thanks to this group.
It was not a typical conventional loan process. We were unsure of how everything was going to work out, but the NFH was very supportive and available for our questions and concerns.
