Contract to close in 18 days, great communication and a great experience.
Matt and team did an excellent job getting us to close in a very short time frame. Communication and attention to detail were keys to making this happen
Everyone on the team was really friendly and made the process easy
Very smooth and quick transaction. We would have closed a week early on our end, however the seller had a few small details needed worked out. Couldn’t be happier with Matt and his Team!
