Math was done wrong and had to make multiple trips to the bank. Also, the deed was done incorrectly but that may be the realtors fault.

Communication was good. The transaction closed in good time. I am in Eaton Rapids Michigan and don't have many buyers from your area.

Since when do title companies and lenders change numbers after a seller has closed and walked with his check and closing documents? Is this even legal? When the title company is still holding funds that belong to the seller...not sure this...
