Ed was very patient and helpful with navigating the computer paper work that was necessary. Was always available to me when I called, if not returned my messages or calls rapidly. Kept me informed every step of securing my loan.

This is my first experience with trying to get a loan on my home. Mr. Buffum was always just a phone call away if I had an issue. Sometimes it seemed it was taking so long, but in the end, everything was taken care of. Also his team was awesome....
