Jeriod was great to work with because his communication was fantastic, whether it was via phone, email, or text. He helped us obtain the best loan option for our refinance, and explained all the options and how this made the most sense.

Keep the clients up to date and informed when the process is taking longer than it should. I had to keep calling and texting to figure out why my loan was taking so long to get funded.
