    JD was wonderful and I would work with him again. He is a knowledgeable and terrific person. However, the underwriters were the reason I could not give a great rating. Working with that group was frustrating.

    HFG almost killed this deal. From pre-qual to non approval to switching from FHA to Conv it was a nightmare. Underwriter slow and redundant requests and poor accuracy of estimates and buyer monthly payments. Alta was not completely filled out...
