JD works so hard to get a deal togehter. Client needed a bit more hand holding as this was his first actual home purchase and it was a VA loan. All in all, a great experience
Had an excellent experience with Joshua. He was very patient, efficient, knowledge, and provided great customer service. I closed on my home in record time! Would definitely work with him again.

Sometimes, it felt like some of the communication was minimal, but all critical emails and conversations were held. The process was pretty smooth, especially considering I am working from abroad and all deals were done via email.
