John kept us informed throughout the transaction. He had everything approved early which allowed us to close early.
If Josh remembered what he asked from us & did not ask a second time for the same thing. Calling & saying that he would be at the closing And then dropping out the last minute with a really dump excuse. He needs a real office with four walls...
