We'll start with the office Secretary/Receptionist was very welcoming and prompt. Scott was great, he worked with us, writing out the loan, getting approvals done promptly, and found us a great APR rate, and continued to look even after agreeing...

Scott kept in constant contact with us, since we lived in Golden at the time. When I would call him he would always answer my questions. Thanks for a great job.

Had me pre-qualified in 15 minutes. Shopped the best deal and got me a great rate. Debbie is the best!!!

Debbie was professional and knowledgeable about the mortgage process. I appreciated her attention to my loan.

He had great communication and very personable.

Peggy communicated everything that needed to be done and was happy to explain anything to us. She went above and beyond to get us the best deal for our house, which ended up saving us money off our monthly payment.

Debbie made our first time home buying experience very easy. She was very explanatory in the total process and how it worked. From start to closing we were well informed and Thanks to Debbie , we are now living in our little dream home here...

Peggy was great in pushing through our loan as fast as we needed to. She also kept with changes in the market and got us into a better loan last second.

Great people and a fast closing. I will use them again.

Working with Peggy was amazing. She was always willing to answer questions and give advice. I have referred family members to her.
