I was kept informed through the whole process and all questions were answered promptly.
Bill is awesome and he works very hard to make sure that his customers are completely happy and get everything accomplished and yes we would refer him to anybody we think he's awesome

I was impressed with the speed this process took. Signing the documents on line saved time, but the font size needs to be increased..for those of us with vision problems.

As usual, Bill Zimmerman at Summit was amazing. I highly recommend him. Just finished my third time through with a mortgage or refinancing through him with Summit, and it's always been flawless and pleasant.
