Bill was always 100% available, very friendly, approachable, easy to talk to, and if he wasn't able to answer a call or text, he would get back to us very quickly.
Bill Zimmerman was very helpful for our original loan 4 years ago and again recently for our refinance. He promptly answered any questions we had and we have enjoyed working with him and highly recommend Summit Mortgage.
