Pam making the complex situation understandable and seem obtainable. There were several speed bumps along the way and she never flinched, and helped us navigate every aspect to help us get out first home!
It was just a very smooth and painless experience. Communication was great, and the way you kept us informed on the step by step progress was nice also.

Pam was always quick to respond and she never made us feel like a question was stupid. I really felt like she wanted us to be successful. Buying a house is really stressful but Pam made the mortgage process as easy as possible.
Our credit situation was unique and Summit was very accommodating and had great interest rates.
