limited communication after the initiation of the process until 1 week prior to closing, contact would have been nice to know someone was working on it and keeping me in the loop of progress

Great communication with help every step of the way. Everything was made simple.
Rob is the best. This is the second mortgage we've done with him and he is great. Rob, Thanks for all the advice and support.
Rob kept me thoroughly informed during the entire process and explained everything very well, which made this first time home buying experience an easy and pleasant one!
Rosemary was always available whenever I had questions. She returned my texts and calls even during off-hours.

It was difficult to have to keep supplying variety of proofs of income every few weeks. It was also difficult to arrange the final closing date and time with last minute changes (not by me).
Geoff was available through the entire process to answer questions and help us through it step by step.
