    Better communication & professional courtesy. Buyer left without clarification on certain charges. Spoke poorly of me to my clients, which they weren’t pleased about. Seemed inexperienced and could use better communication systems.

    If the lender was going to be short, seems like we would of known before the week before closing they were short 20,000 and the day of closing some how they are 9000 short. This should not happen

    Amy, I spoke with your broker and Jacob about this multiple times. The borrower was short funds due to the huge decrease in funds from the sale of his house. The net proceeds from the sale of his house was $14,000 less than we were previously...
