    As the buyer’s agent, the update emails sent with status of the buyer’s loan progression to get us clear to close were extremely helpful and eliminated me having to worry or follow up.

    Chase was very good to answer questions, answer or return calls, and keep me informed on every step of the process. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of the whole process. I was never kept wondering what was happening.
