Shocking service – avoid at all costs! We booked a cruise months ago and paid the deposit, only to be called and told our booking was cancelled because the company had received a “better offer.” Our accommodation was non-refundable, leaving...

What a terrible experience!A company Xmas party booked for 40 people, deposits paid and locked in back in August, hotel rooms booked for all staff. To then get an email saying sorry we are cancelling your booking due to getting a better one...

Great cruise and dining experience for Valentines’s day. Amazing views of the harbour. We paid for a window upgrade when we booked but obviously so did everyone else because we didn’t get seated at a window seat when we boarded. It wasn’t really...
