Good job!
It was fairly easy, all the forms were sent electronically, and if there were questions we called Susan, and if she was busy she got back to us in a timely manner! It was great.
Great Job. Would like to have known the closing costs sooner. Although I had enough funs to cover costs, it would help my planning. For instance I only had a day to get check in place for closing. But you're services are great.

Everything was great. However at the end my closing costs went up significantly. I didn’t know my final closing cost until the day of and luckily I had $1300 more dollars. My payment also went up about $30/month which again I didn’t find out...
