The customer service we received was excellent - all our questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. Michael tended to our process with great care, and we enjoyed working with him.
I always felt like I was a priority and enjoyed excellent customer service. When Michael was not available, he handed me off to Melvin. The experience was excellent even through the hand off.
