It was great overall. Ms. Arrington did a phenomenal job with setting expectations of what she needed from me and also coached me with my credit restoration going into the loan.
I felt I was valued as a customer. Janie took a lot of time with me and even gave me her personal cell phone number. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.

Loading documents into the software seemed hard for me. Many documents were sent as attachments to email.
