Easy process
Christy has been leading a guiding me through this whole process for 2 years. She is very very dedicated and even answered my late night calls or texts. She is very kind, informative and helpful. She is a blessing to my family and I.
Every member that i worked with at first federal answered all my questions and explained anything i didnt understand. Worked with me on making sure that i was able to get my house and close as quickly as possible!
My closing kept getting delayed, and Christy did a fantastic job helping me make informed decisions on rate locks and how to proceed with the loan with no extra delays.
