I really don't have any negative experience. Julie and Frank made this a very easy process. The only thing I can really say is I didn't like being rushed the last week with no communication beforehand of everything that I needed to get together....

Jules was great. The back office could be a little better with communication. The actual underwriter were aggressively unpleasant. Good thing I only had limited contact there. Of course I'd use Jules again.
