Jordan made the process very easy and took the time to answer any and all questions. He took time out of his day to fit our schedule in the evenings. Can’t thank him enough.
Very poor communication for our refi. Could have been done with e-sign as the scare of the pandemic has my wife terrified due to her asthma. Charlie does a great job and always answers our questions but this time was pretty miserable.
