The communication! That is key in all Real Estate Transactions!
Aaron was very communicative and efficient. He answered emails, texts, and calls in a timely manner, and despite a couple of hurdles, he was able to get us closed several days early. Working with Aaron was a great experience!
One of the smoothest transactions I've had. I never had to reach out for updates because Aaron always kept me updated on the progress to closing.
I wasn’t a fan of emails from Atlantic Bay that were not from Aaron due to scams. It would be nice if all emails included the agent so that I know it’s legit.
