Everything was awesome! Cody made this an easy experience and helped us through the whole process
The final closing statement I received was different than what the closing attorney had at the closing. Was awkward, but my Realtor worked it out, from her own pocket. That is unacceptable.
Everything went well aside from no one knowing to check community well documents. This caused the closing to be delayed a day. Not sure who would have been responsible for this. Ultimately not a huge issue.
