Joshua was always available to answer all the many questions I had about the loan application and process & he attended my closing to help if any issues occured. The entire experience was painless for me.

I had recently started a new job and many lenders said there was nothing they could do. Josh was understanding and worked with me. He was determined to help me get into a home.
