Except for Kristen and JP they have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Avoid using them you will thank me later
Kristen is wonderful, but her other colleaques especially Michael was the worst to deal with. Raely responded to emails or VM. I will never work with him again. His customer service is non-existenty
