Poor communication. Loan process took to long. We first app;ied for this loan on January 7th. Several accounts are still not paid and it is February 22. No one returns calls either.

I would say at times it was a little stressful, the process took longer than I expected. Although I did get responses somewhat timely , the team did get back to me and answered my questions.
