Honestly dont know why they get a bad rap? They were quick, efficient and got my HELOAN closed and sent to my account in less than a week if not a week total. They were great and was cheapest option in regards to my % rate.

The process took longer than promised.. I had to make car and CC payments that were originally covered by the loan.- several outside parties were involved in the loan, most of which I had no prior knowledge of who they were... thank goodness...
