They made it a fast and smooth experience even though I had to wait on payoff quotes and had an issue with underwriting on Child support but that wasn't their fault

Current payoff values for loans that were to be paid off through this loan we're not done. Too much time was taken for the closing, and the another month had rolled by. Therefore, the amounts due and amounts paid were not correct.
