Always kept us up to date on where we were in the process. Marc always communicated directly with us on a consistent basis and always answered any questions we had. Was a very easy process.

It would have been better to have debts paid by the bank and not checks sent to me to then send out that alrge of a check. One check got lost and I had too contact consumer affiars.
