I was not happy about having to get the roof replaced on the house and pay for it before getting the loan when that was a main purpose for getting a loan. This subject had been discussed before completing the application.

From beginning to end the process was straight forward. In hindsight I would suggest if your applicants look like they will be approved have them complete the adding AmeriSave as a loss payee on the mortgage more than 2 days in advance of closing....
