More communication in the middle and at the end of the loan process.

Communication was awful, numbers changed multiple times and not discussed with us. Lots of unanswered voicemails and emails. Logan checked single family home instead of manufactured so the numbers at the end were a huge letdown.

Everyone was very personable and patient on the phone and made the process easy. Any questions or issues I ever had were answered and resolved quickly. We were very pleased.
