Emerson was excellent he stayed on the phone with my husband and I for 2 hours explaining the process , he was answering all our questions and make sure we understood everything

Mr Shoemaker was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and understanding. If he said he would call you back in 10 minutes, he did. He has VERY GOOD Customer Service skills. I would recommend him to anyone.
