    Lou did such an amazing job with my buyers. He explained every step, returned phone calls quickly and communicated with my buyers so well along the way. He goes above and beyond. Really good experience

    We closed without incident so that was good but I really didn't have any communication with Brandon except for 1 email saying the loan was going to underwriting. I wasn't aware that the mortgage went to Assurance, the agreement said Motto mortgage...
