Since Beau was working with the buyers and I represented the sellers, there wasnt much interaction. In this case a smooth closing and timeline made the transaction great.

Beua takes the time to answer questions and strategize with you as needed. I asked for a lot of scenarios and what ifs and Beau took the time to think things through with us to get to the best possible answer which we aprreciated.
